The aim of this machine is to get surface water to existing drains.

All those involved in sportsground management have always wanted to overcome the problem of surface compaction and surface flooding.

   The SWR has discs spaced at 15cms penetrating the ground up to 13 cms deep. The ground is slitted at right angles to the drain allowing the water to flow freely to the draiin. At 15 cm spacing this gives good ground coverage.

   Air can get easily to the roots and the need for spiking is removed. This produces good root growth and a healthy sward and allows applied feed to become effective quicker.
